Preheat oven to 425F.
In a small bowl, add the ingredients for the crust and mix together until combined.
Wash and pat dry salmon filets. Using a spoon, add the crust mixture on top of the salmon and pat until completely covered.
In an oven-safe skillet over medium high heat, add grapeseed oil and heat until the oil gets hot. Place crusted salmon filets skin side down and sear, without moving, for two minutes.
After two minutes, move the entire pan to the oven and bake at 425F for 5-8 minutes, depending on desired done-ness of the fish. Enjoy hot.
