Date & Almond Butter Snack
- Nut butter of choice
- Unsweetened coconut shreds
- Celtic salt
- Halve the dates and pit them. Fill with the nut butter of your choice and sprinkle on coconut, salt or both!
- Pop in the freezer to set and store in the fridge for easy snacking throughout the week.
