Easy snack idea! This treat is good for dessert, after a workout or as an after-school snack Sweet dates, nutty almond butter and either fresh salt or shredded coconut make a perfect sweet bite. I love these as it’s a great combination of healthy fats, carbs and just the right amount of protein to satisfy you between or after meals. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Dates
  • Nut butter of choice
  • Unsweetened coconut shreds
  • Celtic salt

Instructions

  1. Halve the dates and pit them. Fill with the nut butter of your choice and sprinkle on coconut, salt or both!
  2. Pop in the freezer to set and store in the fridge for easy snacking throughout the week.
