I love these as it’s a great combination of healthy fats, carbs and just the right amount of protein to satisfy you between or after meals. Enjoy! 

Date & Almond Butter Snack

Easy snack idea! This treat is good for dessert, after a workout or as an after-school snack 📚 Sweet dates, nutty almond butter and either fresh salt or shredded coconut make a perfect sweet bite. I love these as it’s a great combination of healthy fats, carbs and just the right amount of protein to satisfy you between or after meals. Enjoy! 

Ingredients
  

  • Dates
  • Nut butter of choice
  • Unsweetened coconut shreds
  • Celtic salt

Instructions
 

  • Halve the dates and pit them. Fill with the nut butter of your choice and sprinkle on coconut, salt or both!
  • Pop in the freezer to set and store in the fridge for easy snacking throughout the week.
