Green Goddess Dip with Air Fryer Radish Chips


Ingredients for dip

  • 2 cups watercress
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 3 tbsp chives
  • 2 tbsp tarragon
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • Zest 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp avocado based vegan mayonnaise
  • 1.5 lemons juiced
  • 1 tsp dijon
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1/2 seranno pepper
  • 2 inch thick fresh ginger
  • 3 TBSP olive oil
  • Heaping tbsp Goat-milk greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh peas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for radishes

  • 2 large watermelon radishes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  • Add all dip ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender. Blend until combined, adding olive oil as needed until desired consistency is reached.
  • For the radishes, slice thinly or use a mandolin to make small, thin rounds. Toss in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put into air fryer at 250F for 15 minutes. Flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with dip and enjoy!
