Healthy, Homemade Stir Fry Sauce

Healthy, Homemade Stir Fry Sauce

I was craving stir fry so I chopped up some veggies, heated up some tortillas and threw together this delicious sauce. Today my stir fry had celery, asparagus, green beans, zucchinis, and so many more yummy veggies but feel free to use what you have! Definitely try this sauce though, it is a game  👏🏼 changer  👏🏼

Ingredients

  • 3 limes juiced
  • 3 garlic gloves minced
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 tbsp low sodium tamari
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 1 tsp Arrowroot powder
  • Crushed red pepper to taste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • After chopping the veggies you choose, add oil to a skillet over medium high heat. If you are adding onion, cook this first as it takes longer than most vegetables. Add your other vegetables and sauté, stirring occasionally. Cook until tender.
  • Whisk the sauce ingredients together and pour over the tender, cooked vegetables.
