Sweeteners can be the sneaky factor in cocktails – or any other drinks – that make you feel like you have to cut them out of your diet in order to be healthier. It can seem impossible to find the perfect sweetener that doesn’t leave you with a sugar rush…and then the inevitable crash later on in the day. After trying so many different suggestions, I found the perfect natural sweetener that’s simple and easy to make!
Honey Water Recipe
- 2 cups room temperature filtered water
- 3 tablespoons raw honey
- Add honey into the water and mix until dissolved! If it’s not dissolving heat the water slightly. That’s it 🙂
- Add to any cocktail or drink for sweetener. Put in container and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
