Matcha is one of my biggest passions. Although it may seem silly, I love that matcha represents such a unique balance between energy and a calm, meditative state. I wanted to share more about my personal journey with finding (what I believe to be) the highest quality of matcha in the world. ⁣

I love to make energy balls for a quick grab and go snack. I’ve been making an extra effort to use the almond pulp leftover from my homemade nut milk and created this delicious pumpkin spice recipe. This is almost TOO easy to make and tastes just so quintessentially FALL 🍂 Pumpkin for breakfast, dessert or a snack? Yes please! ⁣

Ingredients ⁣
2 cups almond pulp⁣
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted⁣
5 oz organic pumpkin puree ⁣
1/4 cup almond butter⁣
1 tbsp maple syrup ⁣
1 scoop @getoffyouracid protein powder ⁣
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (I like @lilys_sweets)⁣
1/2 tbsp alcohol-free vanilla extract⁣
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice ⁣
2 scoops collagen (I like @withinusnatural)⁣
⁣
Instructions ⁣
1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix until combined. Fold in chocolate chips last. ⁣
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll into balls.⁣
3. Put your power balls in the freezer to firm up for a few minutes and then store in the fridge! — 417 18

I love to make energy...

Eat the rainbow! Here’s a great lunchbox idea for back to school (even though it may be at home) that even the kids will love! Of course, I came up with a deeeeelicious almond butter thai dipping sauce recipe to pair with them. Dip it, drizzle it or just simply enjoy! ⁣

Ingredients ⁣
1 package of spring roll rice paper ⁣
1 bundle collard greens ⁣
1 bunch of rainbow carrots ⁣
1 large cucumber ⁣
1 handful basil ⁣
1 red bell pepper ⁣
1 yellow bell pepper ⁣
1 large avocado ⁣
⁣
Ingredients for the sauce ⁣
1/2 cup almond butter⁣
1/8 cup organic tahini⁣
1/4 cup coconut aminos⁣
2 limes, juiced ⁣
1 tsp grated ginger⁣
2 cloves of garlic, minced⁣
1/4 tsp chili flakes⁣
1/4 cup avocado oil⁣
1/4 cup water⁣
Salt, pepper and cayenne to taste⁣
⁣
Instructions ⁣
1. To prepare, chop all vegetables into slices, and have ready next to a clean, dry cutting board. ⁣
2. Fill a shallow bowl with water and dip one spring roll rice paper into the water, submerging for around 10 seconds. Shake lightly before placing on the clean cutting board. ⁣
3. Add your vegetables! You can use what you love but today, I just used what I had in my fridge: collard greens, carrots, cucumber, peppers and a little avocado. ⁣
4. To wrap, roll up like a burrito, tucking in the left and right sides before finishing the roll. ⁣
5. To prepare the sauce, add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse until well combined. — 880 31

What do you do when a fresh Morning Ritual restock coincides with the start of fall? Make pumpkin spice matcha lattes, duh! Enjoy the warm spices of your favorite fall treat in your very own kitchen this year. If you have a milk frother, you can make it all there; if not, I recommend just a small saucepan on the stove 🍂🍵⁣

Ingredients ⁣
1 cup almond milk ⁣
1 tbsp organic pumpkin puree ⁣
1 tsp Morning Ritual matcha powder ⁣
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice ⁣
1 tsp organic maple syrup ⁣
1 dropperful @bottleandstone 300mg cinnamon tincture ⁣
⁣
Instructions ⁣
1. Add milk, syrup, pumpkin, CBD and spice to milk frother and turn on. ⁣
2. While your milk froths, prepare matcha traditionally with filtered water and a matcha whisk. ⁣
3. Once mixture is frothed, add matcha tea and pour in a mug. Enjoy warm! — 593 39

HAPPY MATCHA RESTOCK DAY! Since...

Our bodies are truly wonderful machines— all you have to do is listen! There are so many signs our bodies give to us (stomach aches, acne, headaches, night sweats,etc.), and listening to these signs can truly change your life and health journey. ⁣

I’d recommend keeping a little food journal and writing down the ingredients in your food when something upsets your stomach. The next time this happens, write down the list of THOSE ingredients. By process of elimination, you’ll be able to figure out easily what you’re intolerant to and the degree of intolerance you have.⁣

Tuning in with your body and use the process of elimination is the easiest method I’ve found for an awesome mind-body connection. If I can find a new way to add matcha to my recipes, you know I WILL! These cookies are soft, chewy and decadent. I loved them best warm right out of the oven with a big glass of fresh nut milk! Enjoy! ⁣

Ingredients ⁣
1 cup gluten-free flour ⁣
1/2 cup coconut sugar ⁣
1 tsp baking power ⁣
1 tbsp Morning Ritual matcha powder
1 tsp alcohol-free vanilla extract ⁣
1 large pinch of salt ⁣
1 large egg ⁣
1/2 cup ghee ⁣
1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (I love @lilys_sweets) ⁣

Instructions⁣
1. Preheat oven to 325 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. ⁣
2. Stir together all dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl. ⁣
3. In another bowl, beat ghee and coconut sugar together until combined. Add in egg and vanilla extract and mix well. ⁣
4. Stir in dry ingredients and whisk well. Once fully combined, fold in chocolate chips. ⁣
5. Roll into balls and place on your baking sheet. Bake at 325F for 14-16 minutes. — 474 29
