Tropical Papaya Boats

  • Papaya halved and de-seeded
  • 8 oz coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup gluten free granola
  • 1 kiwi chopped
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chopped
  • Berries of choice
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut


  • Cut the papaya into two and remove the seeds and inside to make a cavity.
  • Spoon in the coconut yogurt until even and full.
  • Arrange the granola, kiwi, pineapple, and berries. Finish with shredded coconut.
