My moist honey orange glazed chicken combines delicious herbs and a sweet honey and citrus glaze. It’s a non-marinated recipe so it’s perfect for quick weeknight family dinners. I served it on top of pesto broccolini and couldn’t have enjoyed this quick and flavorful meal more. Enjoy!
Mix the glaze ingredients together in a small bowl.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the chicken breasts. Brush with the melted ghee, sprinkle with spices and separate the glaze into two portions. Use half to brush the chicken with and cook for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, baste the chicken with the glaze every 10 minutes until it’s cooked. You’ll know it’s done when the internal temperature reaches 165F.
To serve, sprinkle with the fresh herbs before serving and serve with the remaining half of the orange honey glaze.
