Whether you want a healthy snack or dessert or just something to satisfy your sweet tooth, this recipe will hit the spot every single time. Inspired by @ambitiouskitchen’s dish, rice cakes are layered with creamy nut butter and topped with a delicious honey chocolate coating. Make it this weekend— it couldn’t be easier or more delicious!
Add a saucepan of water to the stove and bring to a boil. Add a glass (or other heat resistant bowl) on top of the boiling water and add chocolate chips, stirring occasionally.
Stir until all of the chocolate chips are melted. Add honey and mix until sweetened to your liking. Let cool slightly.
Using a butter knife, spread almond butter on one side of the rice cake. Top with melted chocolate/ honey combination. Finish with sea salt and freeze until the chocolate sets, about 10 minutes.
