
Radiant Reset Brew
When life feels a little off-center or your digestion needs a reset, this tea is like a warm, herbal hug from the inside out. Rich in minerals, calming adaptogens, and heart-opening botanicals, it gently supports your nervous system, gut, and liver, bringing you back to balance. 🧘🏼♀️
Ingredients:
• 1 tsp dried nettle – for mineral-rich nourishment
• 1 tsp marshmallow root – to soothe and protect the gut lining
• 1 tsp tulsi basil (holy basil) – for calm and clarity
• 2 tsp roasted dandelion root – to support liver detox and hormonal harmony
• 2 tsp dried rose petals – for heart-opening softness
• 1 tsp blue lotus flower – to invite serenity and a deeper sense of self
• 1 tsp ashwagandha root powder – to help balance stress and restore energy
• 1 tsp raw local honey (or to taste)
• Splash of homemade almond milk (or your favorite plant milk)
How to make it:
Bring 12 oz of spring or filtered water to a gentle boil. Add all the dried herbs and roots. Cover and simmer for 10–12 minutes, then let steep another 5 minutes off heat. OR like I did in the video, simply add the herbs to a mug and pour hot water over from a tea kettle. Let steep for 10–15 minutes. Strain, stir in the ashwagandha, honey, and almond milk. Also wonderful served iced!
Sip slowly. Breathe deeply. Let your body receive.
