Camomile Iced Matcha
Ingredients
- 2g SK Morning Ritual Matcha
- 40g warm water (50C / 125F)
- 2 tablespoons dried camomile
- 1 teaspoon honey/maple
- 150ml hot water
- Ice cubes
Instructions
1. Brew the camomile Steep 2 tablespoons of dried camomile in 150ml of hot water for 5 minutes. Once brewed, allow it to cool slightly before pouring over ice.
2. Sift and whisk the matcha Sift 2g of SK Morning Ritual Matcha into a bowl. Add 40g of warm water at 50C / 125F and whisk until smooth, frothy, and vibrant green.
3. Sweeten Stir 1 teaspoon of raw honey into the brewed camomile until fully dissolved.
4. Assemble Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the honey camomile over the ice and gently pour the matcha over the top.
5. Enjoy Sip slowly and savor every floral, nourishing sip.
