There’s something about a green juice in the summer that just hits different.
It’s cooling, cleansing, and my body naturally craves lighter, hydrating things this time of year.
One green juice or smoothie a day has been one of the simplest but most powerful rituals for my skin, digestion, and energy. Especially when it’s packed with minerals, enzymes, and fiber-supporting ingredients like this one:
Glow Greens Juice (makes 16 oz):
• 4 celery stalks
• ½ cucumber
• 2 kiwis
• 1 ripe peach
• ½ lemon, peeled
• ½-inch fresh ginger
• Optional: handful of spinach, dandelion greens, or parsley for extra detox support
Juice it all slowly (I use my @namawell cold-pressed juicer), stir, sip, and feel the glow from the inside out.
