Hot Matcha Latte:
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons SK Morning Ritual Matcha, sifted
- 80ml hot water at 80°C / 176°F
- 1 cup homemade almond milk/or any milk
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
- Sift and whisk the matcha Sift your SK Morning Ritual Matcha into a bowl or mug. Add your hot water at 80°C / 176°F and whisk until smooth and frothy. This temperature is everything — too hot and the matcha turns bitter and loses its nutrients.
- Froth your almond milk Add your homemade almond milk, collagen powder, and coconut oil into your frother together. Froth until creamy, warm, and fully combined.
- Combine and enjoy Pour your frothed almond milk mixture over the matcha and sip slowly.
Iced Matcha Latte:
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons SK Morning Ritual Matcha, sifted
- Water any temperature
- 1 cup homemade almond milk/or any milk
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla
- Ice cubes
- Sift and whisk the matcha Sift your SK Morning Ritual Matcha into a bowl. Add your water and whisk until smooth and vibrant green. For the iced version water temperature is less critical so don’t stress about it.
- Froth your almond milk Add your homemade almond milk, collagen powder, cinnamon, and vanilla extract into your frother together. Froth until creamy, smooth, and fully combined. This is where the magic happens.
- Assemble Fill a glass generously with ice. Pour the matcha over the ice and top with your frothed almond milk mixture.
- Enjoy Sip slowly and make it a moment.
