Matcha Bone Broth Latte
A ritual for energy, focus, and gut repair
This is my go-to when I want something grounding but energizing. It combines two of my daily rituals—my Mineral-Rich Bone Broth for Gut Repair and my Shayna’s Kitchen Organic Matcha—into one deeply nourishing, savory-sweet latte.
The healthy fats, collagen, and minerals from the broth support gut lining repair and stable energy, while the matcha brings calm focus without the crash. Together, they create a tonic that feels like a warm hug for your nervous system and your gut.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Mineral-Rich Bone Broth (beef, chicken, or blended — warmed)
- 1/2–1 teaspoon Shayna’s Kitchen Organic Matcha
- 1 teaspoon ghee or goat’s ghee (optional for richness)
- 1 teaspoon raw honey or pure maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of mineral salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm the bone broth gently on the stove—do not boil.
- In a small bowl or blender, whisk or blend the matcha powder with a splash of warm broth until smooth.
- Pour the matcha mixture into the rest of the broth. Add ghee and honey if using.
- Blend or froth until creamy and lightly foamy.
- Sip slowly, ideally in the morning or early afternoon when your body needs grounding energy.
CHEF’S NOTES
- Add collagen peptides for extra protein and gut support.
- For a vegan option, replace bone broth with a mineral-rich mushroom and seaweed broth.
- I love drinking this before writing, meditating, or grounding outside—it helps me feel focused yet calm.
