If you love breakfast, sweets and healing your gut, this gut healing porridge is for you! Our Gut Healing Porridge is gluten & refined-sugar free, with a base of wholesome millet that is rich in fiber to support a healthy gut microbiome. A warm and comforting dish designed to nourish and support your digestive health from the inside out. Perfect for the transition from winter to spring!

1/2 cup millet
1/4 cup flax seeds
1/4 cup raw pecans
2 tablespoons cacao powder
Pinch of salt
1 Tablespoon organic grass fed goat butter
1 cup of water
1 cups of vegan milk
Cinnamon to taste
1-2 tablespoons Maple syrup or coconut sugar
Pumpkin seeds for garnish
Mashed banana
Almond butter

1. Soak millet for 8 hours in water with a splash of apple cider vinegar.
2. Rinse and drain. Add to a pot with the flax seeds , water, and a pinch of salt and let it cook for 10-15 min stirring often. Add more water as needed if it gets to dry.
3. Add in your milk, natural sugar, cacao powder, salt, vanilla, mashed banana and almond butter and stir well. Turn off from heat and move to a serving bowl.
4. Top with grass fed butter, pumpkin seeds, more almond butter, and more maple syrup!
