Here’s what you’ll need:

Serves 2!

Smoothie:

  • 1 large organic cucumber
  • 1 cup organic lettuce
  • 1 organic grapefruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1 organic lime, peeled and chopped
  • 1 organic kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup brewed dandelion tea
  • Ice

Toastie:

  • 2 pieces organic rye toast
  • 2 tbsps per slice of organic bean dip
  • 1 1/2 cup organic leafy greens
  • 4 organic eggs
  • 2 heaping tbsp kimchi
  • Drizzle with olive oil

Step-by-step:

  1. Begin by chopping organic cucumber, grapefruit, lime, and kiwi, and place them in a blender along with 1 cup of organic lettuce.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of dandelion tea and blend until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Toast 2 slices of organic rye bread in a toaster until golden brown, then transfer to a plate.
  4. Generously spread organic bean dip on the toasted bread, then layer with leafy greens, eggs, and kimchi.
  5. Finish by drizzling with a touch of olive oil for added richness.

Serve and enjoy!
