Lately, I’ve been gummy OBSESSED and these gut-loving matcha gummies might be my favorite batch yet!
They’re not only so fun to make, but they’re also amazing for your gut health, skin, and daily rituals. I love that they combine nourishing ingredients like SK Matcha, grass-fed gelatin, and coconut water all working together to support your digestion and glow from the inside out.
Here’s how to make them:
• 3 tbsp gelatin (I use Perfect Supplements)
• 2 cups coconut water, divided (mine is pink — totally normal!)
• 1 tbsp honey or coconut sugar (optional)
• ¼–½ cup almond or coconut milk
• 2 tsp SK Matcha
optional: 2 scoops Collagen peptides
1. Pour 1 cup coconut water into a bowl and sprinkle gelatin on top — let it bloom for 5 mins.
2. Heat the remaining 1 cup coconut water with honey (if using) until steaming.
3. Pour over the bloomed gelatin, then stir in your milk + SK Matcha. (You can blend to make it extra smooth!)
4. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
5. Pour into silicone molds or a small baking dish.
6. Chill for at least 2 hours, pop out, and enjoy!
