Add a saucepan of water to the stove and bring to a boil. Add a glass (or other heat resistant bowl) on top of the boiling water and add chocolate chips, stirring occasionally. Stir until all of the chocolate chips are melted. Mix in the honey and taste until it’s sweet to your liking.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the sprouted quinoa and stir occasionally until the quinoa turns golden brown and begins to pop.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Pour in the melted chocolate and honey mixture. Add the toasted quinoa and the hazelnuts and stir to combine. Add the hemp seeds and mix.
