Healthy New Years Eve Cocktail
Ingredients
- 4 fresh mint sprigs
- Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup of sake
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- Chilled dry prosecco
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves and lemon juice
- In a separate bowl, combine the sake and honey until honey is dissolved. Add matcha.
- Add the sake, matcha and honey to the shaker and fill with ice
- Shake vigorously and strain into two champagne flutes
- Top the glasses off with your favorite prosecco or champagne
