Ingredients

  • 4 fresh mint sprigs
  • Juice from 1/2 of a lemon
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup of sake
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • Chilled dry prosecco

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves and lemon juice
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the sake and honey until honey is dissolved. Add matcha.
  3. Add the sake, matcha and honey to the shaker and fill with ice
  4. Shake vigorously and strain into two champagne flutes
  5. Top the glasses off with your favorite prosecco or champagne
