Homemade Organic Ketchup
Creating homemade sauces is one of the best ways to avoid the hidden sugars and preservatives found in store-bought versions. Sauces were among the first things I learned to make as a holistic chef. They infuse each dish with love, flavor, and vitality. This homemade ketchup is a beautiful reminder of the comfort and warmth of America, bringing a little piece of home with me to Europe.
