Here’s what you’ll need:

2 tablespoons organic quinoa
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 heaping tbsp organic coconut yogurt
1/2 cup homemade almond milk
1 heaping tsp organic honey or coconut sugar, or more if you want it sweeter
1 heaping tsp cinnamon
1 heaping tsp vanilla
2 tbsp strawberry jam
Bonus: sprinkle of rose petals

For the matcha white chocolate:
1 organic white chocolate bar
2 heaping tsp Elevated Morning Ritual Matcha
1 tbsp organic extra virgin coconut oil

 

Step-by-step:

1. In your bowl of choice, combine the quinoa, chia seeds, coconut yogurt, almond milk, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
2. Stir well until fully combined, ensuring the chia seeds and quinoa are evenly distributed to avoid clumping.
3. Add a dollop of strawberry jam to the top to of the pudding and spread evenly.
4. Top with melted matcha white chocolate and a sprinkle of rose petals for an elegant finish.
5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours to allow the chia seeds and quinoa to absorb the liquid and create a pudding-like consistency.
