Matcha Butter Stuffed Dates

Ingredients
- 8-10 medjool dates, pitted
- 3 tablespoons soft butter
- 1 teaspoon SK Morning Ritual Matcha, sifted
- Flaky sea salt, to taste
- Your choice of nuts, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
- SK Olive Oil, for drizzling
- Make the matcha butter In a small bowl, mix soft butter with sifted SK Morning Ritual Matcha until fully combined and smooth. The color should be a beautiful vibrant green.
- Prepare the dates Slice each medjool date open lengthwise and remove the pit, being careful to keep the date intact.
- Stuff the dates Spoon a generous amount of matcha butter into each date. Don’t be shy, the more the better.
- Top with intention Sprinkle each date with flaky sea salt, your choice of roughly chopped nuts, and hemp seeds.
- Finish with olive oil Drizzle generously with SK Olive Oil for a beautiful, nourishing finish.
- Chill or enjoy right away Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes for a firmer bite, or enjoy right away if you cannot wait 🧈🍵
