Ingredients

  • 8-10 medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 tablespoons soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon SK Morning Ritual Matcha, sifted
  • Flaky sea salt, to taste
  • Your choice of nuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • SK Olive Oil, for drizzling
  1. Make the matcha butter In a small bowl, mix soft butter with sifted SK Morning Ritual Matcha until fully combined and smooth. The color should be a beautiful vibrant green.
  2. Prepare the dates Slice each medjool date open lengthwise and remove the pit, being careful to keep the date intact.
  3.  Stuff the dates Spoon a generous amount of matcha butter into each date. Don’t be shy, the more the better.
  4. Top with intention Sprinkle each date with flaky sea salt, your choice of roughly chopped nuts, and hemp seeds.
  5. Finish with olive oil Drizzle generously with SK Olive Oil for a beautiful, nourishing finish.
  6. Chill or enjoy right away Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes for a firmer bite, or enjoy right away if you cannot wait 🧈🍵
