Here’s how to make these little bars of joy:
What you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup organic dates
- 2 heaping tbsps organic tahini
- 1 heaping tsp Shayna’s Kitchen Elevated Morning Ritual Matcha
- 1/3 cup organic coconut flakes
How to make them:
- Slice the dates in half, remove the pits, and flatten into bar shapes on parchment paper.
- Mix the tahini and matcha until creamy and smooth (and yes, it smells as dreamy as it tastes!).
- Spread the tahini-matcha mix over the date bars and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
- Pop them in the fridge to set.
