There’s something about that golden crunch that just hits different on a slow weekend morning. 🥔☀️ These perfectly crispy and nourishing hash browns are a must for your next brunch spread, or enjoy them on their own as a savory snack you’ll want on repeat.
Ingredients:
1 pound Russet potatoes (2 small-to-medium), peeled if desired
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon organic raw butter
How to make them:1. Grate your clean Russet potatoes (peel if you’d like!).
2. Rinse under cold water until it runs clear to remove excess starch.
3. Wrap in a towel and squeeze out every bit of moisture.
4. Toss with salt, garlic powder & onion powder.
5. Crisp them in a skillet with olive oil and a little raw butter—stirring every 2 mins until golden and crisp.
6. Drain on paper towels & enjoy hot!
