Quinoa Matcha Wraps
This is one of the easiest wraps to make and you can have it savory or sweet. I personally chose sweet and topped it with olive oil caramel (recipe on my page) to make the perfect mid-day snack.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1. 1 cup organic raw quinoa
2. 1 cup water
3. 2 tbsps organic ritual morning matcha
4. Pinch of salt
Step-by-step
1. Combine 1 cup organic quinoa with one cup water and let sit for at least a couple of hours, or in the fridge overnight.
2. Drain and rinse the quinoa.
3. Place quinoa into blender with 1 cup filtered water and blend until smooth.
4. Add two heaping tbsps of matcha (I highly recommend our organic morning ritual matcha) and continue blending until thoroughly mixed together.
5. Warm non-stick pan with olive oil and scoop 1/3 cup of mixture onto pan. Cook and flip once ready.
Serve either savory or sweet.
