Rosemary Matcha Lemonade
In need of a tasty and refreshing summer drink? I love a great drink on a warm summer day, and one of my favorite drinks growing up was lemonade. This matcha rosemary ginger lemonade will satisfy your craving while boosting your body’s immunity with antioxidants.
Ingredients- 1 serving
3 2-3 inch pieces of ginger, sliced
2 rosemary sprigs, whole
2 lemons, juiced
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tsp Morning Ritual Matcha
2 1/2 cups of water
Instructions
1. Simmer ginger and rosemary springs with water on medium heat for 20 minutes.
2. Once tea is brewed, strain the liquid and add coconut sugar, allowing it to cool. Juice lemons and add lemon to the mixture.
3. Sift and whisk matcha with 1/4 cup water.
4. Combine matcha and lemonade.
5. Serve over ice.
