Stress Relief Green Smoothie
One of my favorite morning rituals for filling my body with deep nourishment is enjoying a smoothie that not only supports and nurtures my gut health, but aids in stress relief. There’s something truly special about starting the day with a blend of ingredients that not only taste amazing but are also deeply healing and energizing.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 cup dandelion greens
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1 cup kale, chopped
1/2 organic cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup organic papaya, diced
1/4 organic lemon, peeled
1 organic banana
2-3 fresh mint leaves (or more for a stronger minty taste)
1 tbsp Sea Moss Gel
2 tbsp coconut yogurt
1 cup coconut water (adjust for desired for desired consistency)
1/2 tsp ashwagandha powder (optional for stress reflief)
Step-by-step:
1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more coconut water to reach your preferred consistency.
3. Pour into a glass, garnish with a mint leaf if desired, and enjoy immediately.
