  • 1 lb organic free range ground chicken
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne
  • 1/8 tsp onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 cup vegetable broth can also use chicken broth or water
Salad Ingredients
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups of your favorite lettuce
  • Basil
  • Zucchini
  • Sprouts
  • Avocado


  1. Add avocado oil to pan
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned
  3. Add the onion and cook until it turns translucent.
  4. Add all your seasonings
  5. Cook for two more minutes
  6. At this point, if you need to add more oil, do so now.
  7. Add in 1 cup of broth or water and your lime juice.
  8. Let simmer and keep covered until the liquid is absorbed.
