Scrumptious Oat Free Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Raw Almonds
- 1 cup Raw Pecans
- 1/2 cup Raw Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 cup Raw Pumpkin Seeds
- 3 tablespoons Moroccan culinary Argan Oil
- 1 teaspoon Alcohol-free Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Raw honey
- 1 cup Coconut Flakes
- 1/3 cup Goji berries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- In a food processor, almonds, pulse pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts until broken down into small pieces.
- Place the mixture in the bottom of a small bowl. add in cinnamon and set aside
- On a small saucepan on low heat, place raw honey, and Moroccan Argan Oil. stir well until its melted.
- Remove from heat and add in vanilla extract, mix well.
- Add melted honey into the nut mixture. Drizzle a little more Moroccan Argan Oil on top as needed.
- Add coconut flakes and goji berries and mix until evenly combined.
- Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and spread mixture evenly.
- With your hands, press down and squish the mixture until it is as compressed as possible in the pan.
- Place pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let sit for 20 min before cutting into bar size pieces.
- Store in a container for up to a week. 2 weeks in the fridge.
