7 Ingredient Dinner: Opah Fish with Sunchokes and Asparagus

I get a lot of requests for easy recipes and am happy to give you guys this simple, but delicious dinner idea! Overall this full dinner has only 7 ingredients (and that’s including salt and pepper!) I was able to get the grill marks by using a cast iron skillet and just tossed the sunchokes and asparagus with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper— isn’t that so simple?! Enjoy!
