Base Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup homemade almond milk

  • ½ tsp ashwagandha powder

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

 

  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Toppings:

  • ¼ cup stewed pear or apple slices

  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans

  • Pinch of ground cardamom

  • 1 tsp tahini

Instructions:
Stir together chia seeds, almond milk, ashwagandha, cinnamon, and vanilla. Let thicken in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Top with gently stewed pear or apple, walnuts, cardamom, and a swirl of tahini.

Gut Tip:
Ashwagandha supports nervous system regulation, while pears and walnuts feed beneficial gut bacteria and provide fiber.
