Cacao Olive Oil Matcha Latte

Well, for all those matcha lovers out there, check out my latest recipe- The Cacao Olive Oil Matcha latte! It’s delicious creamy, and has the nutritious benefits of olive oil of raw cacao and the caffeine benefits of matcha. Key things to look out for with ingredients in this drink are making sure the oil is extra virgin and organic, the matcha is ceremonial grade, and the cacao is raw. Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Shayna’s Kitchen Elevated Morning Ritual Matcha or Morning Ritual Matcha
- 1 cup vegan or whole raw milk
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp Shayna’s Kitchen Olive Oil or Single Estate, Extra Virgin, Organic Olive oil
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except matcha into frother. Alternatively, use a stovetop pot and heat on the stove, whisking together.
- As the cacao heats, heat water for matcha.
- Use 1 tsp matcha whisk in warm water to prepare matcha.
- Once cacao is hot and mixed, combine in your favorite mug with matcha first and add cacao afterward.
