Fresh Jicama and Lime “Fries”

I get so many DMs a day asking what I snack on. When I respond with recipes like this, so many people say they often overlook the more simple (but delicious!) ideas. Jicama is an extremely versatile vegetable that is packed with nutrients, antioxidants and helps in promoting digestion— I think you guys will really love this preparation as a summer snack!
Fresh Jicama and Lime “Fries”
Ingredients
- 1 jicama
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lime juiced
- Mexican fiesta seasoning to taste if you can’t find this, just use a combo blend of paprika, cumin and garlic
Instructions
- Peel your jicama and cut into long thin pieces. Drizzle with olive oil, lime juice and sprinkle with the Mexican fiesta seasoning. Enjoy cold and crisp!
