Ginger and Pear Salad Dressing
Today, I had a few pears in my fruit bowl and had a thought: “have I ever used a pear in a salad dressing?”. And even throughout culinary school and the millions of dishes I’ve created, I’m not sure I ever had. But the result? PURE DELICIOUSNESS. My Pear and Ginger dressing is exactly what you need on a dreary winter day. The sweetness of the pear pairs perfectly with the warmth of the ginger, making for a delicious and unique dressing. It’s easy to make at home and adds a burst of flavor to any salad. Try it out and let me know what you think!
Ingredients
- 1/2 large pear or 1 small
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp ginger juice

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 large sage leaves
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust as necessary. Use immediately or store covered in the fridge for 3-4 days.
