Granola bars— with no oats?! You guys know my stomach doesn’t tolerate oats well and recently, I received a DM from a mom who’s son doesn’t either. She was looking for an easy, on-the-go breakfast idea. I came up with these… the yummiest granola bars ever— of course, they’re gluten-free, with no fake sugars! I’d say this counts as a pretty perfect breakfast idea to me ☀️

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/4 cup dried golden berries
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/2 cup nut butter of your choice
  • 1 tbsp alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tbsp chrolella powder
  • 1/2 tbsp celtic salt


  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until combined (but still chunky!)
  2. Transfer to a parchment lined rimmed pan and spread even. Use your hands to push together until it binds.
  3. Pop it in the fridge for about 10 minutes before slicing into bars.
