Gluten-free, Refined-Sugar free Matcha Cookie Cereal
Want to talk a walk down memory lane? This matcha cereal gave me all the nostalgic feels of eating bowls of cereal that I loved as a kid with the amazing benefits of matcha has to offer like boosted immunity, energy, enhanced concentration and all the vitamins, minerals and antioxidants it is filled with.
Ingredients
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
2/3 cup rice flour
2 tbsp Morning Ritual Matcha (If you’re making for your child, reduce the matcha in half or eliminate)
1 tsp Celtic Salt
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 325.
2. Mix tahini, maple syrup, and vanilla. Slowly, add your flour, matcha powder, and salt until you get a dough.
3. Roll out the dough into tiny balls and bake for 8-10 minutes!
