Add all dip ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender. Blend until combined, adding olive oil as needed until desired consistency is reached.
For the radishes, slice thinly or use a mandolin to make small, thin rounds. Toss in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put into air fryer at 250F for 15 minutes. Flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with dip and enjoy!
