Here’s my favorite Tahini Herb Salad Dressing— it’s fresh, delicious and pairs well with pretty much everything. I’ll make a large batch in the beginning of the week and use it for easy, but yummy salads, on chicken, fish, heck— I’ll even use it as a dipping sauce for roasted or dehydrated veggies. Add all ingredients (except for the olive oil) to a small bowl. Using a small whisk or fork, mix the ingredients together. Slowly add in the olive oil, whisking consistently until you reach your desired consistency. Store covered in the fridge.
