Base Ingredients
• 3 tablespoons chia seeds
• ½ cup almond milk
• ½ cup coconut yogurt
• Zest of ½ lime
• Pinch of mineral salt

Toppings
• ½ cup diced mango
• Goji berries
• Additional lime zest
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin seeds
• Optional: passionfruit or coconut flakes

Instructions

2. Let it sit for 5 minutes, stir again to prevent clumping, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
