Delicious Gluten Free Almond Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 organic almond flour or meal
  • 3 organic eggs or flax egg for Vegan
  • 1 tablespoon flax meal
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons alcohol vanilla free extract
  • Pinch of Celtic salt
  • 1/2 to 1 cup homemade almond milk or more for thinner batter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons Argan cooking oil coconut oil or olive oil + more for the pan while cooking
  • 1 scoop pumpkin seed protein powder i use Sprouted Living brand
  • Your favorite fruit for topping
  • Bee pollen optional
  • 1 large tablespoon of honey

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients into a bowl ! Heat pan and add a little oil.
  • I used 1/4 cup to scoop the batter into the pan, cook on each side until golden, serve with your favorite fruit and organic maple syrup!
