Delicious Gluten Free Almond Pancakes
- 1 1/2 organic almond flour or meal
- 3 organic eggs or flax egg for Vegan
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons alcohol vanilla free extract
- Pinch of Celtic salt
- 1/2 to 1 cup homemade almond milk or more for thinner batter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons Argan cooking oil coconut oil or olive oil + more for the pan while cooking
- 1 scoop pumpkin seed protein powder i use Sprouted Living brand
- Your favorite fruit for topping
- Bee pollen optional
- 1 large tablespoon of honey
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl ! Heat pan and add a little oil.
- I used 1/4 cup to scoop the batter into the pan, cook on each side until golden, serve with your favorite fruit and organic maple syrup!
