
Fall Pumpkin Herb Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 small handful basil
- 1 tbsp tarragon
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp ceylon cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground clove
- Pinch of celtic salt
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp filtered water
- 1 tbsp almond butter
Instructions
- To prepare the dressing, add all ingredients to a blender or a small bowl and use a handheld immersion blender to blend until combined, uniform and creamy. Store in the fridge for up to a week or use immediately.
