Fall Pumpkin Herb Dressing


  • 1 small handful basil
  • 1 tbsp tarragon
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ground clove
  • Pinch of celtic salt
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp filtered water
  • 1 tbsp almond butter


  • To prepare the dressing, add all ingredients to a blender or a small bowl and use a handheld immersion blender to blend until combined, uniform and creamy. Store in the fridge for up to a week or use immediately.
