You’ll be sipping this gut-healthy green smoothie all summer long.
I absolutely love using fennel, parsley, cucumber and ginger in smoothies because they are SO good for gut health.
– Fennel is rich in fiber, anti-inflammatory, and helps relax the muscles in the digestive tract.
– Ginger is also anti-inflammatory and aids in digestion and nutrient absorption.
– Parsley is extremely detoxifying and flushes out excess fluids and toxins.
– And cucumber is high in water content, helping to keep the digestive system hydrated and functioning smoothly.

Here’s what you’ll need:
1. 1 cup organic fennel
2. 1/2 organic cucumber, peeled and chopped
3. 1 organic peach, pitted and sliced
4. 1/2 cup fresh parsley
5. 1 large cube of organic ginger
6. 1 tbsp organic basil seeds ((can substitute with chia seeds if preferred)
7. 1 cup water
8. Ice cubes (to your preference)
Step-by-step
1. Cut and peel the cucumber, peach, fennel, and ginger.
2. Place all diced fruit and vege into blender with 1 tsp organic basil seeds.
3. Add 1 cup water and ice cubes.
4. Blend until completely liquified.
