Ingredients

  • 4 cups raw pecans
  • 1 stick butter unsalted
  • 4 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp alcohol free vanilla extract
  • Pinch of celtic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the coconut sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt and whisk until combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Add pecans to a large bowl and pour over the melted butter mixture. Toss well to combine and make sure all the pecans are coated evenly.
  4. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the covered pecans on the baking sheet and use a spoon or spatula to move them into an even layer. Roast for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and candied.
