Homemade Delicious Gluten Free, Paleo, & Oat Free Granola
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Almond Butter
- A hand full of Pecans
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
- 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1/4 cup Flax Seeds
- A handful of Goji Berries
- A handful of Golden Berries
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 2 tablespoons Raw Honey
- 1 teaspoon Alcohol-free Vanilla Extract
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
- 3 tablespoon Moroccan Argan Oil
- Salt a pinch; to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- In a food processor, pulse pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, and walnuts until broken down into very small pieces
- On a small saucepan on low heat, place almond butter (2 tablespoons), raw honey (2 tablespoons), and Moroccan Argan Oil (3 tablespoons); Stir well once heat is on until melted and combined into a smooth mixture
- Remove from heat and add in vanilla extract (1 teaspoon) and cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
- Add sesame seeds (1/4 cup) to dried, chopped mixture
- Mix dry ingredients with almond butter mixture and add a pinch of salt
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Bake in the oven at 260º for 15 minutes
- Once the timer is done, turn off oven and allow granola to sit in the oven for another 15 minutes
- Add in goji berries and golden berries and mix well
