Homemade Delicious Gluten Free, Paleo, & Oat Free Granola

Delicious Oat Free Granola 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Almond Butter
  • A hand full of Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 cup Flax Seeds
  • A handful of Goji Berries
  • A handful of Golden Berries
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Alcohol-free Vanilla Extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Moroccan culinary Argan Oil, or coconut oil
  • Salt a pinch; to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. In a food processor, pulse pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, and walnuts until broken down into very small pieces
  3. On a small saucepan on low heat, place almond butter (2 tablespoons), raw honey (2 tablespoons), and Moroccan Argan Oil (3 tablespoons); Stir well once heat is on until melted and combined into a smooth mixture
  4. Remove from heat and add in vanilla extract (1 teaspoon) and cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
  5. Add sesame seeds (1/4 cup) to dried, chopped mixture
  6. Mix dry ingredients with almond butter mixture and add a pinch of salt
  7. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  8. Bake in the oven at 260 for 15 minutes
  9. Once the timer is done, turn off oven and allow granola to sit in the oven for another 15 minutes
  10. Add in goji berries and golden berries and mix well.

    Looks deliciois! What is moroccan oil? And what could i ise in place of it?

      Its Argan oil, but roasted to use for Culinary / cooking purposes. It has an amazing sweet nutty flavor and can cook at high heat! You can use coconut oil or olive oil in replacement.
