To a food processor, add hazelnuts and pulse until a rough meal forms.
Add all other ingredients for the balls and pulse until a dough-y consistency forms. Set aside.
In a sauce pan, bring 1 cup of water to simmering over low heat. Place a glass bowl on top of the pot so it rests above the water, but doesn’t touch it. Add chocolate and coconut oil and stir until melted.
Remove chocolate from heat and let cool slightly. Add CBD drops and stir well.
Use your hands to make balls from the hazelnut and date mixture.
Roll until you’ve used up all the mixture, placing on a parchment lined pan to rest.
Drizzle with the CBD chocolate. Place in fridge for 10-20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
Drizzle again with more chocolate and finish with chopped hazelnuts and salt.
Store balls in the fridge for up to one week.
