Blueberry Matcha
This combination is absolutely delicious—you’ll be obsessed with it for the rest of summer.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup organic blueberries
1 cup water
1/4 cup organic maple syrup
1 tsp Shayna’s Kitchen Morning Ritual Matcha
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup organic almond milk (I prefer to make mine from scratch)
Ice
Step-by-step:
1. In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of organic blueberries and 1 cup of water. Bring to a gentle boil and cook until the blueberries are soft and well combined.
2. Strain the blueberry mixture through a fine mesh pan to achieve a smooth, liquid consistency.
3. Stir in 1/4 cup of organic maple syrup to the blueberry syrup and set aside.
4. In a matcha bowl, sift 1 tsp of Shayna’s Kitchen Morning Ritual Matcha. Whisk with 1/2 cup of warm water until smooth and frothy. Set aside.
5. In a glass, combine 1/4 cup of the blueberry syrup, 1/2 cup of organic almond milk, and the prepared matcha. Stir well to mix.
6. Enjoy your delicious, vibrant blueberry matcha!
