Feeling overwhelmed and need a refreshing way to support your digestive health? Nourish your body and soul with this delicious, gut-loving smoothie!

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach

1/4 cup mint

1/2 cup cucumber, chopped

1-2 tablespoons ginger, peeled and chopped

1 cup grapefruit, peeled and segmented

1 cup pineapple, chopped

1 cup ice

6 oz water

1 tablespoon lions main

1 tablespoon matcha

Instructions:

  1. Wash the spinach, mint, and cucumber. Peel and chop the ginger. Peel and segment the grapefruit. Chop the pineapple into small pieces.
  2. Place the spinach, mint, cucumber, ginger, grapefruit, and pineapple into the blender.
  3. Add the ice and water to the blender.
  4. Add the lion’s mane powder and matcha powder to the blender.
  5. Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth.
  6. Pour into two 8 oz glasses and enjoy immediately.
