Gut Healthy Green Smoothie

Feeling overwhelmed and need a refreshing way to support your digestive health? Nourish your body and soul with this delicious, gut-loving smoothie!
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup mint
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1-2 tablespoons ginger, peeled and chopped
1 cup grapefruit, peeled and segmented
1 cup pineapple, chopped
1 cup ice
6 oz water
1 tablespoon lions main
1 tablespoon matcha
Instructions:
- Wash the spinach, mint, and cucumber. Peel and chop the ginger. Peel and segment the grapefruit. Chop the pineapple into small pieces.
- Place the spinach, mint, cucumber, ginger, grapefruit, and pineapple into the blender.
- Add the ice and water to the blender.
- Add the lion’s mane powder and matcha powder to the blender.
- Blend on high until all ingredients are well combined and the smoothie is smooth.
- Pour into two 8 oz glasses and enjoy immediately.
