Homemade Candied Pecans (Refined Sugar-Free)
Ingredients
- 4 cups raw pecans
- 1 stick butter unsalted
- 4 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp alcohol free vanilla extract
- Pinch of celtic salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the coconut sugar, cinnamon, vanilla and salt and whisk until combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Add pecans to a large bowl and pour over the melted butter mixture. Toss well to combine and make sure all the pecans are coated evenly.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the covered pecans on the baking sheet and use a spoon or spatula to move them into an even layer. Roast for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown and candied.
