For an iced matcha:
1/2-1 tsp Morning Ritual matcha, depending on how strong you’d like it
1 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk (I use almond)
1. In a small bowl, sift your matcha to avoid clumps through a small sifter. Add a small amount of filtered water (I use 1-2 tbsp of water). Using a whisk, whisk the matcha and water together until it’s frothy and free of clumps.
2. Fill a large glass with ice, pour in the whisked matcha and finish with your nondairy milk of choice.
